Individualized therapy designed to help you build resilience, find clarity, and move forward with confidence. You don't have to do this alone.
About Brandyce
I know that reaching out to a stranger — even a therapist — can feel awkward or even a little scary. I get it. That's exactly why I try to keep things real. I'm not going to sit behind a notepad and nod at you. I'm going to show up as a person, because that's what actually helps.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years in the field, and I work with both adults and couples. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — which basically means we look at how your thoughts shape the way you feel and experience the world. A small shift in perspective can make a huge difference, and that's what we work toward together. I'm also a big believer in self-care and making yourself a priority — not as a luxury, but as a necessity.
I earned my bachelor's degree in behavioral science (with a minor in sociology) from York College of Pennsylvania, and my Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University.
Outside of work, you'll probably find me at a Zumba class or outside with my husband, my two daughters, and our bernedoodle Cameron. Life is full and messy and wonderful — and I bring all of that understanding into the room with you.
How I Can Help
Whatever brought you here, it's valid. These are some of the things people come to me with — and we'll work through them together, at your pace.
That constant hum of worry? The racing thoughts at 2am? We'll work on understanding where it's coming from and build real tools to quiet it down so you can actually breathe again.
When everything feels heavy and even small things take enormous effort, you don't have to push through alone. We'll find your way back to yourself — slowly, gently, and at your pace.
New job, new relationship, a loss, a big change you didn't ask for — transitions are hard even when they're good. Let's talk through what you're feeling and figure out your next step together.
Whether it's conflict, communication, setting boundaries, or just feeling disconnected — relationships are complicated. We'll untangle what's happening and help you show up the way you want to.
Hard things happen — and sometimes they stay with us longer than they should. In a safe, judgment-free space, we'll work through what you've been carrying so it doesn't have to run your life anymore.
A lot of us are great at taking care of everyone else and terrible at taking care of ourselves. We'll work on changing that — because you can't pour from an empty cup, and you deserve to fill yours.
How We Work Together
Just like physical fitness, mental wellness is built through consistent effort, the right support, and a tailored plan. I combine cognitive behavioral techniques with genuine human connection.
We start with a free consultation to understand your goals and ensure we're a good fit.
Together we build a personalized treatment approach rooted in your values and strengths.
Week by week, session by session, you develop real skills that create lasting change.
"The mind is like a muscle — with the right support and consistent work, it can grow stronger than you ever imagined."— Brandyce Lombardo, LCSW
